Construction teams juggle sites, crews, materials and deadlines across WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and phone calls. Information goes stale the moment it is written down, and owners rarely have a live picture of where a project actually stands.
What we built
BuildVystra is a single platform for the people who plan, run and pay for construction projects:
- Projects & sites — plan phases, milestones and progress per site.
- Teams — assign people, track attendance and responsibilities.
- Materials — log requests, deliveries and usage so nothing goes missing.
- Real-time progress — updates from the field show up instantly for the office.
It runs as a web app for the office and a mobile app for the site.
