These terms apply to projects and services provided by Vystra ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). Each project also has a written proposal; where the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
1. Scope
Every project starts with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it — you will never be billed for something you did not approve.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are fixed per the proposal and quoted in INR unless agreed otherwise. Payment milestones are listed in your proposal. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
3. Timelines
We commit to the timeline in your proposal. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals on time; delays on either side move the schedule accordingly, and we will always tell you early.
4. Revisions
Each phase includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Further changes after approval are treated as new scope.
5. Ownership
On full payment, you own the final design, code, content and assets created for your project, and all accounts (domain, hosting, analytics) are transferred to or held in your name. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Client responsibilities
You confirm that content you provide (text, images, logos) is yours to use and does not infringe anyone's rights.
7. Hosting, maintenance & support
Post-launch support is included as described in your plan. Ongoing maintenance is available as an optional monthly care plan. Third-party service outages (hosting, payment gateways, APIs) are outside our control.
8. Liability
We build carefully and test thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as rankings or revenue. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
9. Cancellation
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billed per the proposal's milestones, and you receive the work you have paid for.
